Payment
Payment for the tour will be made upon arrival. We accept cash.
 
Booking and Deposit
We offer the convenience of booking without a deposit. However, please note that your booking is subject to availability. To secure your reservation, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
 
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour will not incur any charges.  However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be subject to a 100% charge.
 
Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling the tour or modifying the number of participants, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or compensate for any inconvenience caused.
