Welcome to my impression blog, where I will be sharing my amazing journey exploring Siem Reap Angkor for three days. Join me as I take you through the highlights of each day and the unforgettable experiences I had.
Day 1:
The first day started with an early wake-up call to witness the breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat. As the sun slowly rose, painting the sky with vibrant hues, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe and wonder. After capturing this beautiful moment, we proceeded to explore the main temple of Angkor Wat before enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
With our energy replenished, we embarked on our next adventure, visiting Prasat Banteay Srei, Banteay Samrei, and Pre Rup. These temples showcased intricate carvings and stunning architecture, leaving us in awe of the craftsmanship of the ancient Khmer civilization. After a fulfilling day of exploration, we indulged in a well-deserved lunch and some relaxation.
Day 2:
The second day began with another early wake-up call, this time to witness the sunrise at Srah Srang, the royal swimming pool. The tranquility of the surroundings and the reflection of the sun on the water created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Afterward, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast at our hotel before continuing our journey.
Our day was filled with visits to Ta Keo Temple, the victory gate of Angkor Thom, Elephant Terrace, Leper King Terrace, Phimeanakas Temple, Baphoun Temple, and Bayon Temple. Each of these sites had its own unique charm and significance, leaving us captivated by the rich history and culture of the Khmer Empire.
After a satisfying lunch, we returned to the hotel for some much-needed relaxation. In the evening, we had the option to indulge in a memorable dinner accompanied by a traditional Apsara Dance show. The graceful movements of the dancers and the enchanting music transported us to a different era, immersing us in the beauty of Cambodian culture.
Day 3:
The final day allowed us to enjoy some personal time in the city, whether it was exploring the local markets, indulging in traditional cuisine, or simply relaxing. As the afternoon approached, it was time to bid farewell to Siem Reap.
We were transferred to SAI Airport, where our journey came to an end. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my clients for their kind engagement and support throughout this incredible journey.
I hope you had a wonderful time exploring Siem Reap Angkor with me, and I wish you a pleasant flight back home. Until we meet again, take care and see you next time!
